Poop scooping, dog walking and litter box cleaning, at your house on JBLM.

Poop Scoop
Does The Pet Brigade clean up dog waste in my yard?
Yes. The Pet Brigade's Poop Patrol clears dog waste from yards on Joint Base Lewis-McChord and hauls it away, so it is not left sitting in your bin. The crew also flags anything in the waste that could point at a health problem. Proper yard cleaning is part of preventing parvovirus.
Offered to customers on JBLM. The yard is cleared of dog waste and the waste is taken away, so it is not sitting in your bin. The crew will also tell you if they see anything in your pet's waste that could point at a health problem, which is the sort of thing an owner misses and a professional does not.
Proper yard cleaning and disinfecting is part of preventing parvovirus, and it is one of the reasons the service exists.

Dog Walking
Can someone walk my dog while I am at work?
The Pet Brigade's staff will come to your house and walk your dog on a weekly plan. The plans are matched to the animal, with more frequent walks for a younger or high-energy dog and fewer for an older or infirm one, so you are not paying for walks your dog does not actually want.
It is the same staff who run the barracks, so if your dog already boards or comes to daycare, the person turning up at your door is not a stranger to them.
Litter Box
Does The Pet Brigade clean litter boxes?
Yes, The Pet Brigade cleans litter boxes on a schedule. Kitty litter harbours the parasite behind toxoplasmosis, which can have severe consequences for anyone newly infected during pregnancy or with a compromised immune system. If that describes your household, the service is worth a phone call to the office.
It runs on a schedule rather than as a one-off, so the tray is dealt with at a set interval instead of whenever somebody in the house remembers it.
All three services are arranged by phone: (253) 912-4898.

At-Home Questions
What do people ask about the at-home services?
Requests for the at-home services reach The Pet Brigade with a JBLM street address attached, because poop scoop, dog walking and litter box cleaning are offered on post. None of the three books through the online portal, so every one of them starts with a phone call to the office for a quote.
Are the at-home services only for people on JBLM?
Their published copy offers the poop scoop service to customers on JBLM. Dog walking and litter box cleaning are described alongside it as in-home services. If you are just outside a gate, ask the office whether they will come to you: (253) 912-4898.
How often will you walk my dog?
Dog walking runs on weekly plans matched to the animal, with more frequent walks for a younger or higher-energy dog and fewer for an older or infirm one. You are not buying a fixed package, so tell the office your dog's age and energy and they will shape it.
Do you do anything at my house?
Three things, all on JBLM: poop scooping, dog walking on weekly plans matched to your dog's age and energy, and litter box cleaning. The home services page has the detail, and they are booked by phone.
Where are you, and can I get to you?
04907 Pendleton Ave, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA 98433, on Joint Base Lewis-McChord itself, off Pendleton Avenue near the Lewis Army Museum. It is the only privately owned boarding facility on a military post in the United States. How do I make a reservation?
